Welcome to Virasat Yoga Retreat. By accessing our website and participating in our retreats, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified at the time of booking.
  • All payments must be made through our accepted payment methods.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will remain unaffected.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 30 days before the retreat start date will receive a full refund minus processing fees.
  • Cancellations made 15-29 days before the retreat will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the retreat will not be eligible for a refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemic restrictions), we may offer a credit for a future retreat instead of a refund.

3. Participant Responsibilities

  • All participants must be at least 18 years old unless accompanied by a guardian.
  • It is the participant’s responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions before arrival.
  • Participants must respect the retreat guidelines, local culture, and fellow guests.
  • Alcohol, drugs, and any illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

4. Health & Safety

  • Participants acknowledge that yoga and outdoor activities involve physical exertion and assume responsibility for their well-being.
  • We are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or accidents that may occur during the retreat.
  • Participants are advised to have travel insurance covering medical emergencies.

5. Changes & Cancellations by Virasat Yoga Retreat

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • If we cancel a retreat, participants will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.
  • Minor schedule adjustments may occur due to weather or other logistical reasons.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

  • Virasat Yoga Retreat and its facilitators are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
  • Participants join the retreat at their own risk and are encouraged to take necessary precautions.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Personal information collected during booking will be used only for retreat-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
  • Photography or recordings taken during the retreat may be used for promotional purposes unless a participant requests otherwise.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttarakhand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
